Asianet Broadband with Class A ISP license provides Broadband Internet service over optic fiber cable using GPON technology under the brand name, Asianet Broadband. Started in 2000, Asianet Broadband was the first ISP in Kerala to provide internet service over cable in an era when dial-up internet connectivity was the norm. To enhance viewing experience, Asianet Digital cable TV initiated service in High Definition (HD) with HD STB, another first in the cable TV history annals. Established in 1992, we started our business as a MSO offering cable television services. The initial name of the brand was Asianet Dataline and since 2009, it’s known as Asianet Broadband,. The company currently provides 494 channels including 64 HD channels.
